The car was exactly as described nothing was hidden from me. I got sent all the pictures and videos of the car so I could see exactly what it was like. I've had overwhelmingly positive experience with Zoran at LCD. I bought a V40 from him last year. The test drive and sale were very relaxed and professional experiences. Any issues or questions I've had about the car have been dealt with very promptly. Towards the end of the year I had an issue that Zoran has organised a great solution for, and has gone so far for customer service to bring the car to me from the repairs in Oxford, and has paid £4000 for the repair out of his own pocket. I will never use another used car dealership again. Thank you.

Very happy with my experience here. A brilliant selection of cars and we went home with a lovely 3 year old xc90. The salesman was friendly and not at all pushy - but they don't need to be given the quality and price of the cars. They gave me a good price from my 10 year old xc60. I bought the cheap 3 year extended warranty but looking at the small print once home there is a £1000 per claim limit so that is a little disappointing, but, its more than made up for by the quality of the car, the great price of the car compared to other retailers and the great part exchange value I was given. Overall very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
